poor insulationsmall room
The room was quite small. i had issues with the shower. It lacked consistent hot water one morning. sound insulation was also poor, i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms, a bit disruptive.

the location was great for exploring the area. a tram stop was close , made getting around easy. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room i was in was not like the pictures online! the carpet looked old and could have been cleaner. there was some dirt under the toilet seat

The neighborhood felt safe and quiet! it was close to transit and grocery stores. vondel park was also nearby. I enjoyed my morning walks there. the room included a coffee maker, a nice bonus.
the stairs were quite steep though the location was perfect!
